When you email
Please include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The EARESCAPES app version, if known
- What happened and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue
No sound?
Check your iPhone’s media volume and the app’s volume control. If you’re using headphones or Bluetooth speakers, check that the audio is going to the device you expect.

Choose a soundscape and tap the play button. Adjust the volume, frequency, and visual motion to suit your preferences.
Use the timer for a 15-, 30-, or 60-minute session, or select the infinity symbol to keep playing without a timer. Tap Hide controls for a simpler view.
EARESCAPES Privacy Policy

EARESCAPES is provided by El Nicholl Creative. The app does not require a separate EARESCAPES account and does not include advertising or analytics services.
App preferences
Your soundscape, volume, frequency, and motion preferences are stored on your device. EARESCAPES does not send these preferences to a developer-operated server. Removing the app removes its local settings.
Subscriptions
Apple processes subscription payments and manages your Apple Account and payment information. EARESCAPES uses Apple's StoreKit service to check verified purchase and subscription status. EARESCAPES does not receive your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Network services
The app may request fonts from Google Fonts. Network providers receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address when fulfilling these requests. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy when you use the App Store or purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions use Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA).
